We teamed up with our friends in the north, Brid's Cross to bring together the taste of the tropics.
Mango on mango! Glowing orange, like it has been milked from the sun.
Absolute smooth tropical mango juice in your face and as that fades, a smooth light bready sensation from the wheat is delivered to your tongue.

Keg at Greyfriars, Reading. Opaque darkest orange. No head. Aroma is... hmmm.. fruity and caramel. A hefeweizen at its core, ignoring the wheat ale reference. Full-on citrus and herbs, alongside fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Somehow different but also similar.

440ml can bought as part of a delivery from Elusive Brewery and drunk at home. It pours orangeade orange, a little hazy, basically no head. Watery aroma, light notes of mango and orange, wheaty notes. Tastes sweet, no too much so, a hint of mango. Body is pretty watery with medium to heavy carbonation. Not crazy about it by any means but maybe a fruited wheat beer isn’t the best style by which to judge a new brewery.
