Can shared. Hazy golden with almost no head. Peach, sour grains, white wine, light yeasty, soft spices, a touch of coconut but might be my imagination. Medium sour, lighter sweet. Medium bodied. Good.

Illegibly-dated can drunk 1/3/25.
Good clarity. Bronze-copper body with a rapidly-fizzling, off-white head.
Really interesting nose with a lot of the adjunct showing, though none of it is aggressive or dominant. The nutmeg is certainly strong and the coconut is certainly there, but there's a soft oakiness that pervades, as well as rich biscuit and honey-like malt that keeps everything mostly in check.
Soft fruit juice with a spicy nutmeg backdrop and a bit of tartness from mixed culture. Rich malts, well-attenuated, showing graham cracker, honey, biscuit, white bread...coconut is tasteful and fruity with a bit of nuttiness. I'm sure this will improve with time and there's just a HINT of punchy acidity on the finish yet. But well-done and still showing the foudre-aging already with its relative mellowness and homogeneousness.
