Two Rabbitsでは年末年始にお米を使ったビールを醸造していますが、昨年に引き続きミルキークイーンという品種を使用しました。
ジューシーで濃厚なフルーツ感があり、ドライでスッキリ飲めるヘイジーライスIPAに仕上がりました。ホップアロマは、ピーチや白ブドウ、ドライフルーツの複雑で甘い香り。
フレーバーにはココナッツやトロピカルフルーツが次々に現れて、お口の中でNew Year パーティーが始まります！
このビールで2021のリリースは最後になります。
本年をスッキリ締めくくり、皆様が幸せな2022を迎えられますように。

Hazy straw fold with thick foam and a juicy citrusy tropical aroma. The medium bodied beer is dry but packed full of flavor. Great.
Every year, they brew a version of this with whatever animal is featured in the Chinese zodiac that year.

Tap at Komachi. Nose is bright pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, creamy malt, wheat? Cloudy, brilliant pastel gold. Crisp malt / rice flavor, grapefruit zest and pith, some pineapple, light piny resin. slight pitter, pithy and zesty finish. Good one.
