Gravity cask at the 30th Tamworth Beer Festival, Assembly Rooms, 06/09/24.
Golden blonde topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is herb, straw, fennel, hedgerow.
Taste comprises grass, hint of aniseed, fennel, grains, herb.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Not bad for what it was.
