Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2016, National Winter Ales Festival (2016), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As St. Austell Billys Bavarian Beast ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration,sweet malt, fruity malt, orange, sugary malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]
