Bottle. Color: Hazy purplish red, pink head. Aroma: Sweet and tart, red wine. Taste: Far more sweet than tart, red wine, red grape, a lot of tannines and oak wood. Some bitterness. Dry-ish finish. Brut, a bit Champagne-like. Medium body, below average carbonation. Unusual. Very nice one.

dark chestnut to mahogany colour, large, dense, pinkish-ruby-ish ecru head; aroma of sour cherry juice, dried sour cherry, dark chocolate, some citric, acetone, grape/grape must, earthy and slight vanilla notes; taste is quite the same; it's just amazing!

@ Kwatrechts bierfestival. Beautiful hazy ruby red colour, beige foam. Nose of cherries, vanilla, wood. Light sweet, fruity tartness, interesting sweetness. Great!
