This beer is a barrel aged Imperial Stout, that was aged for 16 months in a blend of Bourbon and Vino Naranja barrels. very nice balanced with tones of Vanilla en orange.

0.33 l can from 'Drankgigant.nl', best before December 2027. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Intensely sweetish-malty, fairly roasty, gently fruity and a bit boozy aroma of praline, mocha, orange, white grapes, bourbon, vanilla and raisins. Rather sweet, malty, very roasty, quite fruity, gently boozy taste of praline, mocha, licorice, roasted hazelnut, raisins, bourbon, white grapes, orange and some green apple, followed by a long, quite roasty-bitter, gently boozy finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fairly intense and complex brew, a bit too fresh maybe, even with a touch of green apple again, other than that a great sipper.
