Frisse aroma’s tezamen met tonen vanuit de gebruikte gisten domineren. Het royale gebruik van tarwemout geeft vorm aan de smaak, waarin een pomelo-achtige toon voor een bitterzoete toets zorgt. Iedere slok nodigt uit voor de volgende, zoals je van een echt Weissbier mag verwachten.

330ml bottle from Noz Lille. Pours a slightly unclear amber, no head strangely. Not sure what I expected of a weiss red ale, certainly some weiss yeast which is unfortunately absent, but flavour wise is a satisfactory red ale all the same.. nicely fruity malty action with an acute bitterness.

0,33 litre Bottle, from Ølutsalget Storo, St home. Amber with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, Wheat, Caramel, spices, some herbal bitterness.

Reddish amber colour, white foam. A bit citrussy, herbal, malty. Not a lot of wheat detectable. Boring
