[ As Dynamite Valley Big Bang ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, berry, wood. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, tart berry, caramel, dark malt, sweet malt, light alcohol - phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]
