31/5/2024. From cask at the 37th Colchester Real Ale and Cider Festival. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malt, molasses, toffee, condensed milk. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, smooth, soft carbonation. Very good sweet mild. My beer of the festival.
