Bottle from L'ecume des bieres in St Malo. Pours black with a fast disappearing beige head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, brown sugar & burnt malt. Moderate body. Burnt finish. Enjoyable

14/12/2024. Bottle shared by Jerseyislandbeer, cheers! Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is ashy, coffee, roasted, chocolate, brownie, lactose. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Moderate body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Likeable.
