Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Dark-brown with a thick light-brown creamy-frothy head. Smoothish, some chocolate in nose, but lost in dark-malty taste.

21/11/2024. Cask at The Dove Street Inn Winter Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours black with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is dark malts, chocolatey, roasted, caramel, dark fruits, mild liquorice and tar notes. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Soft carbonation. Drying earthy finish. Pretty good.
