A classic version of a West Coast IPA. Stacked with Cascade and Citra hops, & balanced with oats and wheat to round off the smooth feel. Flavours of pink grapefruit, lemons and fresh cut grass. This one is dangerously drinkable for a 5%!

27/9/2024. Cask at St. Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours cloudy pale orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is musty, damp, citrus, grainy, stewed, peachy, cardboard. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a slight sour edge. Moderate body, oily watery, soft carbonation. Drying finish. Bit odd.

Keg @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Hazy golden with a small head. Tropical fruity aroma and taste with some dryness involved.
