Unser einfacher, dunkler Bock nach traditionellem Hausrezept speziell nur einmal im Jahr eingebraut, ist geprägt von Süffigkeit, Charakterstärke und kräftigem Malzaroma. Namensgeber waren die drei Brauereibesitzer zwischen 1889 und 1994 mit Vornamen Bernhard.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges and a foamy head. Malty aroma with notes of cherries and raisins. Malty and fruity taste with notes of fruitcake, raisins, marzipan and rye bread.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, brown colour with a beige and diminishing frothy head. Slightly nutty dark malty aroma with notes of caramel, molasses and a whiff of dried fruits. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Dark malt character with nutty notes, caramel, toasted grains; moderately sweet dark malty and slightly nutty finish with a tinge of alcohol at the very end. Still a decent dark Bock. 11.VII.16

[ As Schnitzlbaumer Bernhardus Bock ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a large to huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, caramelized malt, brown sugar, caramelized sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, burnt caramel, brown sugar, sweet malt, caramelized malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160323]

Dunkler, typisch süß-würziger Antrunk, in dem die Malzigkeit etwas zu kurz kommt. Kaum herb, konstante Süße, wässriger Hintergrund. Geringfügig karamellig, zum Ende harmonischer aber nicht tiefgehend genug. 7/9/9/8/12/9
