Bottled 330ml. -at Ausschank Schnitzlbaumer, Traunstein, Bavaria, Germany.
Reddish/brown coloured, small off-white head, weak caramel nose. Sweet malty, strong caramel and light grainy taste with touch of alcohol in the finish. Too sweet and pretty boring bock.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear orangey brown with a creamy, off-white head. Sweetish aroma of roasted malt. Good, solid body with lots of sweetish, roasted malt and accents of caramel. Almost no bitterness. 050506

A dark amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of carmael as well as light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet and again with loads of caramel and hints of the alcohol. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky.
