Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, not too sweet, light spicy-herbal touch as well. Some butter cookies. Well balanced finish. Interesting one!

Iets troebele gele kleur met fluffy witte kraag, goede retentie en wandplak. Geur is fris, fruitig, tarwe, lichtjes zoetig. In de mond meen ik heel licht een brettje waar te nemen, maar dat kan ook door koriander komen. Smaak is lichtjes zoet, beetje fruitig-zurig. Lichte body. Iets droge afdronk.

Big thank you to Torsten & Daniel for this 0,33 l bottle. BB 16.01.2026. Cloudy golden in the glass, small one finger white head. Wheat and yeast on the nose, musty hints. Taste starts pale grainy at first, increasing orange, caramel, clove and yeast. Below average carbonation. Off the beaten paths of Hefeweizen. But drinkable.

33cl Fles van Plus Hollum. Mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Medium zoet, banaan, kruidnagel, tarwe, licht zuurtje. Lichte body. Beetje een homebrew-Weizen, niet verkeerd maar verre van top.

Wat te lauw geschonken uit fles, aroma van citrus, wat kruidnagel, in de smaak erg veel koriander, zacht en romig, zoet, ok (-0.25 voor de temperatuur)
