Saison is an underappreciated and underbrewed beer style, mostly because of the specific classic Saison yeast. It poses a serious risk of turning all your beers into a saison in the future. We wouldn't want that to happen. Luckily, it's the 21st century and there are new yeast innovations to mimic the style very closely. This Modern Saison is dry, very fruity, slightly bitter and with a little hint of spice. The subtle dry hopping with modern NZ Nelson Sauvin fully supports the classic profile for this beer.

0,33 l blikje. Fat golden in the glass, very slightly cloudy, nearly two finger white foamy head. Dry citrus fruity aroma, some yeast and pale grain. Hints ofbaking powder. Taste starts citrus fruity, smooth grain and caramel, little bit dry with sweetness. Soft but present bitteerness. Low carbonation. Nice one.
