Jens Smagning 17/03/2026 - would not say a German pilsner, getting the mentioned honey and herbal additions making this overt sweet, very light bodied, very sweet finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, flowers, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, flowers, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. 5/2/5/3/10

0,5 l bottle from Meny, Blåvand. BB 29.06.2025. Cloudy dark golden in the glass with a two finger foamy white head. First thought diacetyl on the nose, but I think it´s more the honey inside. Taste has pale grain, definitive honey, malty, some bitterhop. Little bit flat. Above average carbonated. Okay.
