Cask (handpump) @ Canalhouse, 48-52 Canal Street, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire England NG1 7EH. [ As Castle Rock Digby Pearson ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted - toasted, caramel, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, chocolate notes, fruity notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20141012]
