Door County Peninsula was blended from three separate vintages of our methode traditionelle spontaneous ales which possessed stone fruit characteristics. A three week maceration on 5.1 pounds per gallon of Wisconsin grown peaches created aromas and flavors of peach preserves, honeysuckle, northern Wisconsin log cabin, with tender acidity and a juicy yet dry finish. We then bottle conditioned it with raw Minnesota wildflower honey for two seasons.

Bottle shared at birthday party. Unclear pale orange color, small white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly floral, fruity, peach, slightly sour, fruit tart, fruit peel, lingering tart bitterness. Very solid. Love this one!
