Cask at The Front, Falmouth. It pours clear deep brown with a small white head. The nose is savoury, sticky, brown bread, malt loaf, fruit cake and eat. The taste is rich, bitter, big malty action, brown bread, malt loaf, earth, light spice, chewy and dried fruits with a dry, brown bread finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. So malty it hurts. Perhaps overly so.
