Pours a clear coppery red with a thick, bubbly, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, pine, dry malt. Taste has pine, lemongrass, some cedar resin, lightly sweetened malt with a lingering resin. Palate has somewhat acerbic, very resinous, a ton of bitter oils. Eh.

Draught @ Bronx Tavern (1/15/20). Clear dark amber-copper with foamy off-white head, faint piney aroma, low carbonation, bitter resinous caramel taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Decent brew.

Got this from a friend and its surpizingly on style for a macro style IPA. Smells like IPA, has a big double IPA thud on the palate and its otherwise a very good IPA. I hate the stuff but whatever. So, the lower my numbers the more its like a ubiquitous IPA. Go figger. A little darker than pale and exceptionally clear. As a lager lover, this is one style I'll never get used to.

It's actually not terrible. Yes, cleaning out the RBS fridge the last two nights.
