[12oz can from Total Wines, Naples, FL'] A hazy amber pour with a thin off white head; aroma of Belgian yeast and grains; sweet wheaty body with a hint of banana and clove; and a dry finish. Seemingly more Germanic than Belgian lacking any citrus or coriander.

So, this can is a belgian style ale? Like the big O? Not sure. It says belgian but I think its more like a hefe. Smell is a little spicy. Nose is clove as well and that carries over to the taste. A little too much clove overtakes the senses as the session continues. Odd to put this in the the same style as the big O. Yes, in the end its just a simple hefe wannah bee.

Neat that this is from Debary. It's a nice beer, well built with a good recipe. It really comes across almost like a witbier, though without pronounced wheatiness. It's the yeast, high on phenols, mostly banana, a touch of clove and vaguely medicinal. I don't love phenolic beers, but in this case i thought it worked out. I'd def like to try more from them.

Can at home from Whole Foods handsome colored orange with a bear on front. Pours dirty orange small head. Nose is fruity and floral and bitbof spice. Taste of oranges, yeast, bubblegum, hint of spice, basil, and flowery notes. Nice palate hint of sweetness. Enjoyable stuff I’m liking Central 28 thus far.
