This undoubtedly is the best higher alky beer I've ever tasted, and I've had a lot of them. This is so nice, and the kicker is, you wouldn't even know it had any alky in it at all! Big and dark presentation with a foamy head. Smell is perfumy coffee. Taste is oh-s-good! I can't explain the satisfaction it presents on the taste buds, so smooth! Waxy. This cannot be 20%! No fricken way. Seriously! I'm not kidden! This must be dangerous stuff, it will sneak up behind you and kick your ass. Tasty balance of spicy peppers, mild heat, fun veggies, coffee and other stuff, its so complex. Yummy! Most well balanced strong ale I think I ever had. Why does this stuff remind me of 20 year old J.W. Lees? This stuff ROCKS!
