Pours yellow orange with white head. Smells of wasabi ginger and grapefruit. Tastes the same kind of weirdh though.

Pounder can. Odd perfumy piercing aroma. Yes, to say this is blonde ale is a fallacy, its actually a stronger IPA wheat ale with a weird spice in there, not sure if its wasabi or not. That nose carries over to the taste. BTW, I don't like wasabi. Big foamy head a cloudy hefe looking in my stang. Pretty big and bad ass in the flavor, very unique. Dank certainly is the word here. Sometimes it even nears a cloying status, whew. Difficult soapy stuff. Whew #2. Not impressed. Big head goes craggy and never fades, clear to the end.

Crisp, fairly clear bronze and copper coloured body with a large, fairly soapy off-white and almost tan coloured head that are interesting, but work and show quite nicely. Aroma of alcohol, honey, grain, light astringent yeasts, a touch of horseradish and finishing with a big scent of grains and dry herbs. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong grainy flavour at first with a lot of dryness and a quite pungent flavour that shows a lot of astringency and even some of the wasabi/horseradish around the edges. Aftertaste shows more of the malt and funky, pungent flavours, but also a touch of pure alcohol and a good deal of unfinished sugars as well - with the honey the strongest by far. Overall, a nice and layered beer with a lot of the astringent and pungent flavours, but still balanced out quite nicely by the sugars and honey sweetness towards the end. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can purchased from Total Wine in Fairfax, Virginia on 10-September-2017 for US$3,79 sampled almost a year later at my hotel room here in New York, New York on 11-August-2018.

Tall can. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Faint aroma that is lightly floral and spicy with a touch of citrus. The flavor is lightly sweet with a touch of hop bitterness, A light bit of orange is the only flavor I detect.

Pours a dark amber from a can, somewhat translucent, thin white head dissipates, minimal lacing. Okay, this one's a bit weird. Cracking the can, I was getting what I thought were whiffs of pickled ginger, but that must be from association with wasabi right? Then, tasting it I was really only getting a bit of coconut before a very faint heat kicked in. Early onset Alzheimer's maybe? Still a good beer, hope I remember it.
