Pale yellow with a slight haze. Pretty good co2 initially. Yes, has some of that old pilsner bite. However, its quite refreshing, right from the first taste. Clean and crisp & fresh. Civilized and very enjoyable. Just a little bit of that old euro sharp pilz bite in the end as well. Overall, a well done domestic American wannah-bee of a pilz, Thanks hellie.
