We created this beer together with Mikkel Borg of Denmark, the creative mind behind the Mikkeller beer brand.
We wanted to make a beer that would express the encounter between the two artists with each bringing to the planning table his world and his love and create something new that none of us has yet done without the chains of style or tradition. So we made The beer of Milk & Honey - From the land of milk & honey With milk and honey and oranges. The result is a completely different beer Dark, thick, sweet beer, with flavors of honey and orange chocolate and a surprising smooth body, a dessert beer for a good meal or just to savor on its own.

Bottle, Thick brown creamy bubbly head, opaque black color, aroma of chocolate cake with some orange zestiness and hay, flavor of chocolate cake sweet citruy and fruity notes, lightish dark chocolate bitterness, light fresh feeling fruity sourness, extremly smooth. Very nice and highly enjoyable, just like a orange chocolate cake.

Bottle. Black color with tan head. Aroma is lacto, chocolate, not so much honey yet. Taste now has the honey, chocolate, and again some lacto. Sticky, oily mouthfeel. Interesting, but very sweet.

Bottle at the pre-Borefts tasting, Den Haag, 2016. Poured almost black with a round bubbly light tan head. The aroma is rich oily caramel, coffee chocolate. The flavour is big sweet with a rich oily sweet malt, fruit, lactose, sugar palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.
