Ghosts of the Half-Moon was crafted from a small lot Pappy Van Winkle Barrels that we filled with Space & Time in August of 2021. It has aged for over two years before being bottled in December of 2023 for your enjoyment. This special beer came together through the creativity and collaboration of many people and departments, and we are excited to finally share it with you today. Cheers!
