Three years in barrels. But not just any barrels. The best damn Port barrels we've ever worked with, that we imported directly ourselves to ensure their quality. Large, 500L barrels. Barrels that had aged a single vintage of Tawny Port for over 30 years. It's driven by a lovely funk, and the beer-y nature shines, for sure. But the rich beauty of those old barrels is just so gorgeous, and so notable. So good.
