On tap at Sea Cider. Pours clear pale blonde. Loads of candied ginger and a touch of pear skins on the nose. Flavour has a very nice blend of candied ginger and dry pear skins; I suspect other spices as well, but very much in a supporting role. This was very well-executed.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde with small fizzy white head. Pear, ginger, juniper. Finds a nice balance, though would prefer it sans juniper.

Clean blond colour. Sweet and perfumy aroma, pear and ginger. Sweetish, lean, not much pear, but the ginger is more evident, although delicate.

Clear, very pale yellow and with a gentle sparkle. Bright aroma is pear-like, honeyish, with lightly gingery tartness. Tasty bright pear notes, honeyish, and with more ginger on the palate. Complex, fascinating. I love the dryness of this perry, too.

750mL bottle, split 4 ways, pours a clear faint yellow with no head. Aroma and flavour of potent ginger, dry pears, sort of a lemongrassy note, and a dry gingery finish. Enjoyable, but too gingery.
