Bottle 500ml. [ As Olimp Talia ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, peach - citric, fruity, light coriander. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet fruit - peach, sugary, sweet malt, minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160205]

Bottled at Celibar, Warsaw. Lightly hazy deep golden, small head. Lemony tart nose with some coriander. Tart with an underlying sweetness, light bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Salty lemon, coriander. Juicy. Low bitterness. Interesting gose-wit hybrid.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! Smooth fresh sourish beginning. Nice malty body with a full impression, but a bit grainy. Sourish hints with a nice floral coriander body. The salt is not very intense, everything fits well. Interesting stuff but in the aftertaste a bit thin.

Piwo idealnie klarowne. Piana bardzo słaba, szybko opadająca. Aromat subtelny, ziołowy, brzoskwiniowy z dobrze wyczuwalną kolendrą. Nagazowanie średnie, w stronę niskiego - idealne jak dla mnie. W smaku piwo lekko kwaśne, Sól jest wyczuwalna, ale na niskim poziomie. Piwo treściwe, bardzo orzeźwiające.

500ml bottle. Murky amber colour with small, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Cautious aroma has a touch of sauerkraut and lactic acid. Taste is mildly tart, mellow fruity, minimally salty and spicy, malty basis with a touch of white bread; soft carbonation, soft palate. Rather unspecific flavours, very mild and soft, charily spiced. Nevertheless a quite nice one.

Leicht trübes kräftig goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Der Geruch ist fruchtig hopfig, floral, Lemon. Der Geschmack ist fruchtig hopfig, Mango, Pfirsisch, Lemon, mild bitter, Kräuter, lecker!

Barwa złota, lekkie zmętnienie, piana niezbyt obfita, trzyma się jednak cienką warstewką dość długo. W aromacie kolendra, kwasek cytrynowy, zbożowość. W smaku kwaśność podobna do soku cytrynowego, skwaśniałego mleka, kolendra, pszeniczność. Niezła treściwość, dzięki nienajniższej kwaśności i lekko słonawemu finiszowi, które to uczucie wzmacniają, bardzo pijalne i zbalansowane. Nie przesadzono z kolendrą, ani z solą. Wysycenie średnie, może być. Kolejne porządne piwo z Olimpu.
