A delicious citrus centered IPA, brewed with Chinook, Super Galena, Cascade and Centennial Hops, with the addition of fresh Ruby Red grapefruit in the mash tun and dried grapefruit peel in the brew kettle. This amber IPA has a deep grapefruit nose and bitterness, but yet is well-balanced and very drinkable. Enjoy this very limited small batch beer. Cheers!

1L bottle, split with Matts_Property, pours hazy orangey amber with a white head. Aroma of pungent grapefruit, caramel malts, and a blast of citrus hops. Flavour is strong on grapefruit, bit citrus hops, more grapefruit, and just enough caramel malt backing. Quite the hoppy, bitter finish though well-balanced. Most excellent.
