Sampled on tap at Chuckanut Brewpub, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma and flavour of caramel malts, dry malts, some stale notes too. Not so good - very stale tasting.

Draught at the brewpub
Dark amber color, with creamy head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, grainy. Mild flavor of roasted malts and light caramel, with a lean and dry mouthfeel; correct bitterness.
Once more, a true beer from Chuckanut, similar to real Scottish ales.
