On tap at Saraveza's Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a deep dark amber tinged brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma of earth, mild roast, dark fruity notes and some farmhouse notes. Flavour brings out dry earthy notes, farmhouse characteristics, and classic Upright yeast. Very dry and earthy, with prominent farmhouse and yeasty notes. Good stuff.
