This strong Pale Ale is a showcase of some fantastic hops. We used huge amounts of Simcoe and Centennial hops as well as a dash of Mosaic, Summit and Australian Galaxy. Get up close and notice the tropical fruit and pine aromas filling your nose while a resinous, hoppy flavor will coat the tongue. Contrary to the name, this beer is not a tough pale ale to swallow.

Tap. Pours clear butterscotch, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is a bit buttery, citrus, mango, pine. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, hoppy :). Medium body, oily mouthfeel. Very good.

On tap at Cellarmaker, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is more reminiscent of an IPA, with pungent hops coming out, primarily the fruity mosaic, along with some floral and herbal notes. Flavour is incredibly complex, with notes of floral and spicy hops upfront, followed by some herbal hop notes, and just enough dry biscuity malt to back. Despite being called a pale ale, this is definitely an IPA. Full on flavour and very refreshing. Delicious stuff.
