On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma brings out more cidery notes than anything, with some dry apple - not really getting any mead notes. Flavour brings out more of the mead notes than the nose suggests, with dry apple and honey -- extremely well-balanced. Really wonderful blend.
