Devil’s kiss is a blend of two Portland Pub beers, resulting in a Belgian style Strong Gold with a refreshing acidity and complex, fruity yeast esters. The blended beer was then spiced with Tabasco pepper flakes to complement the fruit notes and add a hint of spice.

On tap at Deschutes, pours a clear dull golden with a small white bubbly head. Aroma of light spices, floral notes and Belgian yeast - very subtle nose. Flavour is very spicy, bringing out notes of chilli peppers that totally dominate. Not really much else in here, as the slices totally overtake this. Actually quite good for such a spicy pepper-dominated beer.
