Draft 13 oz pour at the hop and hound. Pours a bright reddish orange color with a thin oily head. Wonderful fresh hops aroma here. Bold bitter hop flavor up front, and throughout this. Thick body, and a tiny bit toasty. Solid non-sour offering from Cascade here. Hops flavor remain heavy, but a hint of sweet, juicy citrus in the background. Awesome stuff.

On tap at the Barrel House. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. The nose is dominated by caramel and light fruit notes. The flavor is smooth easy caramel, pine, some resin and light bitterness. Very easydrinking, but not a great IIPA.

On tap at Cascade, pours an opaque orange amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of spicy hops, some tropical fruits, and a bit of residual sugar. Flavour is bizarre, bringing out the coconut sugar, along with bitter grapefruit, other tropical fruits, and some dry caramel malt. Very interesting, though doesn't strike me as a IIPA with all the sugar. Finishes sweet and very bitter. Solid off-kilter beer.
