On cask at Bridge, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, dry bready caramel malt, and light fruitiness. Flavour is very well-balanced and quite robust, with Belgian yeast, caramel, dry bready malt and some toasted malt. Really well-crafted and fairly complex, finishing on spicy, toasted notes. Highly drinkable stuff. Great one.
