[ As Det Lille Bryggeri Be My Guest ].Clear medium amber orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, apple, earthy - nutty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160203]

Draft. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, hops, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Easy drinkable, good thirst quencher.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - pours a fuzzy amber colour with white head and lacing. Aroma and taste is sweet and spicy fruity, with some sweet malt, caramel, grassy and herbal hoppy nuances, with a good spicy bite into the finish. Nice.
