On tap at Big River, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is authentic, with light cereal malt. Flavour brings out lightly sweet cereal malts, some slight hops, and finishes fairly dry. Really well-balanced with some identity to it. Very well-made kolsch.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color. The aroma is a bit too light; but the malt profile is pleasant, a bit crispy too, lightly bready, and the hopping is fairly grassy, noble.
