The Fascist Pig Pilsner is not as political as it is hoppy. This Pilsner is a deep golden colour with full complex malt tones from the Belgian and German styled crystal malts. Aged a full two months to bring out its full character and complexity.Hopped with only the noblest of hops; the Czech Saaz hop and added in four separate additions. This is one Fascist to enjoy slowly and not be a pig about.

Light straw, pleasant fresh pale malt aroma, similar palate but with fruity hop character. Off-dry. Not great but doable.

On tap at Noble Pig, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Pretty light on the nose with not much discernible. Flavour is dry and fairly astringent, with soapy floral notes, some grassiness and a considerable hop astringency on the finish. Not really brewed to style, nor does this embody what a pilsner should be. Meh.
