A copper-colored saison made with the Australian Topaz hop. notes of white pepper, apricot, sea breeze, gooseberry, and forest air, this dry beer is scarily drinkable despite it’s relatively high alcohol.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Clean light amber color with compact head. The aroma is a good mix of spicy and fruity elements. Dry mouthfeel, yet quite smooth; strong spicy character, but with a strange soapy touch; coriander; strong bitterness.
Not impressed.

On tap at the Alibi Room for the 500th beer list celebration, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma of exquisite farmhouse notes, grains, and some Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out rye notes, Belgian yeast, and grains. Pretty drinkable, but also a bit harsh. Good stuff.
