A big hoppy Northwest style IPA featuring Simcoe, Amarillo and Falconer’s Flight hops. Think ruby red grapefruit with a long pleasing bitter finish.

On tap at the Porterhouse, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some buttery notes in there as well. Flavour brings out smooth piney hops, some light butter, and just enough malt to back. Well-constructed, balanced IPA, with a creamy palate. Good stuff.

Dull hazy light blonde, moderate bitterness in a grapefruit forward IPA. Dry finish. Finish is a bit harsh with a dash of yeastiness.

Draught at the brewery, 6.8% ABV
Hazy golden color, with creamy head. The aroma is hoppy, fruity. The mouthfeel is lean, quite dry; some toffee malt flavor; but the malt is completely hidden by an extreme hopping, very resiny, a bit fruity; the final is maybe just a bit too bitter.
Pleasant, aggressive, not graceful.
