A Thanksgiving twist on our North Shore Pale Ale. We started with a sweet and mild caramel flavour, balanced it with crisp German Noble hops and other Pacific Northwest varieties. Added subtle flavours of fresh orange and thyme, straight from our garden!

On cask at Bridge, pours a cloudy faded orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out both fresh orange and thyme. Flavour brings out mostly the thyme, with an underlying citrus bitterness. Not really digging this spice in beer, but it's competently brewed. Okay.
