On cask at Bridge, pours an opaque murky dark orange amber with a large off-white head. Aroma is bizarre - I can pick out the thyme and the cider is faint but somewhere in there. Flavour is heavy on the thyme, with barely any of the apple cider detectable. Very soft palate, that gives way to the monolithic thyme. Decent experiment but not overly enjoyable.
