Draught. Something like a roggenbier with a white head and a dark orange body. Light grain and hop aroma. A bit of rye toast in the flavour. Quick finish

Draught at Darby’s Gastown, Vancouver
Hazy golden color, thick head. Aroma and flavor are moderately grainy, so if this is your thing... For the rest, it’s a regular beer, with a lot of esters, more Ale than Lager.

On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours a clear dark golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of rye, with bready malt. Flavour is about the same, with lots of breadiness. Dry and drinkable. Good beer.

Dull amber-gold, slight toast, some rye character, and pretty good balance.
