Vintage keg. Light, hazy brown with a bubbly head. Aroma has alcohol, the taste is boozy, toasty, touch phenolic. Alcoholic finish. Pretty damn boozy.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy dark amber color with small head. Strong, fruity, but a bit sweet and syrupy with too mild Belgian yeast character.
More similar to the American interpretation of Strong Belgian Ales than to a classic Triple.

On tap at Storm, pours a clouyd golden with a small white head. Aroma is authentic, with Belgian yeast, light candied apples, and dry wheaty notes. Flavour is powerful, with candied sugar, Belgian yeast and fruity esters. More sugary than the better tripels, but this is still in the more acceptance territory. Well-balanced and masking of the ABV. Decent beer, but still too much residual sugar for the style.
