Bottle from Whole Foods
Cloudy amber color with medium sized head. Nice crackery malts aroma and green hops, some hop resins, light rosemary. Good body strength; caramel flavor; moderate sweetness; the hop has a slight herbal touch, chamomile: correct bitterness.
Pleasant.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out rich resinous hops, caramel malt, and some candied sugar. Flavour is very well-rounded with dynamic resinous and piney hops, a dry caramely biscuity malt backbone, and some light earthy notes. Very well-balanced, with an interesting hop character. Whatever hop this is, this is used well. Great IPA.
