Draught at the brewpub
Hazy deep blond color with small head. Light, but with some nice work on the malts, a bit crispy, very dry, with delicate grassy final. Correct bitterness.
Pleasant. Clean. Real Kölsch.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly sweet cereal malt. Flavour is bland and boring, not really striking me as a kolsch. Dry and drinkable, but nothing to this. Meh.
